We are on an exciting journey for excellence and have a strong vision that we are making a reality.
By joining us, you will have the opportunity to make the difference that you came into social work for, and we cannot wait to welcome you.
We encourage everyone to enhance their knowledge, skills and practice behaviours. Progression is directly linked with continued professional development (CPD) and Halton Borough Council’s (HBC) progression structure that rewards social workers for their knowledge, experience, potential and enthusiasm for making a difference.
