OUR PRACTICE FRAMEWORK

Having the freedom to work systemically

All our social workers are taught to practice structured systemic family therapy work, which focuses upon building relationships. With the right support in place and an evidence base that is integrated into practice, you will be supported to take a creative and innovative approach to developing methods, interventions and techniques.

This will help you to work more intensively with children to families to prevent needs escalating, stop children from entering care and improve placement stability (by working differently with foster carers and agencies).

SUPPORTING YOU

Relieving the administrative load

Without our amazing social work practitioners and managers, we would not be able to make a difference that we do in the lives of children and young people. That’s why we have structured our support services to relieve as much of the administrative burden from our social workers as possible. Our administrative staff and designated business support coordinators:

Help our social workers to manage their diaries effectively

Book and minute specified meetings

Free our social work teams up to spend more time with children and families.
